Content Production: Plan, script, film, and/or coordinate the production of engaging short videos and live stream content tailored for social media and e-commerce platforms, focusing on product showcases, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Live Commerce Execution: Plan, set up, and manage live streaming sessions on relevant platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Shopee Live, etc.), potentially acting as host or coordinating with hosts/KOLs.
Store Coordination: Liaise and collaborate closely with offline hypermarket store teams (particularly in District 7 and potentially others) to align on content, feature products/promotions accurately, and potentially film content on-site.
Digital Engagement: Develop and implement interactive activities during live streams and on associated social media posts (e.g., mini-games, Q&A sessions, polls, contests) to maximize viewer participation and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics for live streams and video content (e.g., viewership, engagement rates, conversion rates), analyze performance, and provide regular reports with insights for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in live commerce, short video content, and social media marketing within the retail sector
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, ...
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation.
Direct experience running live streams on platforms like TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, ... is a plus.
Understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and familiarity with live streaming concepts and short-form video formats.
Basic video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
Comfortable presenting or appearing on camera.
