e-Commerce Senior Associate (Marketplace)
Responsibility:
- Develop e-commerce merchandising strategy, including sales plan, promotion calendar and stock management to accelerate growth and profitability.
- Control accurate, timely and satisfactory execution of campaigns, promotion schemes, product listing and banner, layout on web/app and platforms.
- Joint business planning with key brands to develop proposals for campaigns, visuals and other initiatives to achieve joint growth.
- Campaign planning with e-Marketing to highlight key themes, products and arrange attractive website/app display.
- Forecast stock and orders, including baseline and campaign, to ensure highest availability while maintaining stock days budget.
- Conduct regular review of sales, key KPIs, competitors and market, utilizing data analysis to identify key trends and recommend opportunities for growth.
- Close collaboration across departments, including merchandise, supply chain, marketing, IT and external suppliers for service level excellence.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
- 2-3 year experience in e-commerce merchandising (web/app or marketplaces)- Retail experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset and strong work ethic, willingness to learn, adapt and improve.
- Good strategy planning with ability to manage sales and income budget.
- Good analytical skills. Able to produce, understand and extract insights from data and provide suitable recommendations.
- Able to work under high pressure environment and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proactive team player with winning spirit; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet constantly collaborating well with others
- Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of aesthetic and creativity is an advantage.
