Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Operations & System Monitoring
Operate and monitor E-commerce platforms (website, mobile app, marketplaces)
Track system performance and proactively detect and resolve issues to ensure SLA compliance
2. Order Handling & Cross-functional Coordination
Handle and resolve issues related to orders, customers, and system operations
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations
3. Data Analysis & Process Optimization
Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Propose and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Continuously optimize workflows to reduce costs and improve performance
4. Projects & System Integration
Support integration projects with partners (marketplaces, logistics providers, third parties)
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Information Systems, or related fields
At least 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or related roles
Strong understanding of E-commerce operations and online sales processes
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Basic English reading skills (preferred)
