Job Description

LMC JSCis an eCommerce growth partner supporting B2B and B2C brands across Vietnam. We manage and scale sales performance on Shopee, TikTok Shop, brand websites, and social commerce channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

E-Commerce Fundamentals

  • Product Listing and Data Management:Manage and optimize product data (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, SKUs). Ensure listings meet the display standards of each platform. Ensure the accuracy, synchronization, and completeness of product data.
  • Sales Support and Promotion:Set up promotional programs (Flash Sales, Vouchers, Combos, Free Shipping, etc.). Support the execution of sales promotion activities according to the marketing plan.
  • Customer Service Skills:Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team to resolve product and order-related issues. Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve the shopping experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Sales Data Analysis:Analyze GMV, CR, CTR, AOV, ROAS, and key growth metrics. Identify optimization opportunities based on sales data.
  • Performance Reporting:Prepare weekly/monthly/campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor operational KPIs: return/cancellation rates, defective orders, and order processing times.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:Analyze market trends and competitor activities (pricing, promotions, product categories). Propose suitable competitive strategies.

Product and Category Management

  • Product Optimization:Optimize product detail pages to increase conversion rates. Propose appropriate bundles, pricing logic, and product structures.
  • Category Strategy Development:Develop product category strategies. Analyze product lifecycles and recommend expanding or phasing out SKUs.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure sufficient inventory for campaign plans. Control out-of-stock situations and slow-moving inventory.

Marketing and Customer Engagement

  • Digital Marketing:Support the implementation of on-platform ads and related digital marketing activities. Monitor traffic performance and optimize ROI.
  • Campaign Management:Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve GMV and profit targets. Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (KAM) / Business Development (BD) to participate in mega campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Monitor purchasing behavior and propose customer retention initiatives. Support the implementation of loyalty programs and repurchase vouchers.

5Strategic E-Commerce Management

  • E-Commerce Strategy Formulation:Participate in building growth strategies for the stores. Define GMV targets, profit margins, and execution plans.
  • Operational Efficiency:Optimize operational processes to minimize errors and boost efficiency. Standardize workflows and ensure execution quality.
  • Leadership and Team Management:Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Warehouse, CS). Assist management in task delegation and conduct internal training when needed.

6Advanced Business Acumen

  • Strategic Business Planning:Analyze quarterly/annual business plans. Evaluate the ROI of campaigns and category strategies.
  • Financial Acumen:Understand and track profit metrics, advertising costs, and gross margins. Propose profit optimization plans rather than solely focusing on driving top-line sales.
  • Technology Integration:Utilize data management tools, dashboards, and operational support software. Propose automation and system improvement solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Prior experience using ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong data analytical mindset and the ability to work systematically.
  • Proactive, highly responsible, and seeking long-term career development in the E-Commerce industry.
