1. Job Description
- Be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Company's e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to achieve revenue and business performance targets.
- Manage, update, and optimize product content (images, descriptions, and sales information) in line with brand positioning and customer shopping behavior.
- Control pricing, profit margins, and business performance of each product category across e-commerce channels.
- Plan and execute traffic acquisition activities both on and off the platforms, including paid ads, social media, KOL/KOC collaborations, and online communities, to increase visits and conversion rates.
- Propose and implement promotional programs and sales acceleration plans for each phase and business campaign.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends, then propose optimization solutions to improve operations and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate in researching and deploying new online marketing solutions aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on performance, business data, and improvement proposals directly to the line manager.
- Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned by the Company or direct manager, in line with professional role and capability.
2. Requirements
- Own a personal laptop, with a proactive working mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
- At least 02 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce.
- At least 01 year of continuous experience operating e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.
- Direct experience in managing online stores, including product management, order processing, and revenue performance, not just in a supporting role.
- Experience in TikTok Ads and/or Shopee Ads, including campaign setup, performance tracking, and cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of the full e-commerce operation cycle: product management pricing traffic acquisition conversion optimization after-sales service.
