Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving continuous process improvements to deliver financial products to other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth delivery of financial products.
- Design, manage, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); monitor operational risks; propose enhancements; and support automation initiatives to improve scalability and reduce costs.
- Execute and manage in-app marketing operations, including campaign setup, content development, key visual creation, and performance tracking in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Manage marketing assets across in-app and foundational platforms, ensuring proper setup, timely updates, and continuous monitoring of engagement metrics.
- Coordinate inventory and reconciliation activities: work with warehouses to maintain stock levels; handle purchase orders, invoices, vendor transactions, and periodic reports; and conduct inventory audits.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Tech, Warehouse) and external vendors to support product launches and ensure end-to-end lifecycle managementfrom rollout to post-sales support.
- Provide customer support when needed, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues to maintain service quality.
- Contribute to operational improvement and automation projects, streamlining workflows and reducing manual tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties and assist the Operations Manager with coordination and execution of daily team activities.
Requirements:
- From 1 year of experience in fintech, e-commerce, lending operations, marketing operations, or other related industries.
- Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, macros,...
- Solid understanding of operational workflows, SOPs, and risk management in product lifecycle and post-sale processes.
- Familiarity with key operational metrics such as NPS, operational risks, and campaign performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and meticulousness in repetitive tasks.
- Agile and proactive in identifying and solving operational inefficiencies; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Good English communication.
