About the Role

As a E-commerce Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing brand stores across e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on, key account coordination, merchandising excellence and campaign execution. You will work closely with internal teams and platform partners to ensure brand stores are always up-to-date, performance-driven, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain perfect store merchandising for assigned brands across e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, visuals, content, pricing, and promotions to drive conversion and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Media, and Affiliate teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaigns and platform initiatives.
  • Ensure content freshness and consistency across all store touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support Digital Brand Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating platform campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor store performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms to align on merchandising standards, campaign mechanics, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Key Account Management, or related roles at brands, platforms, or e-commerce enablers.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising and platform operations.
  • Good commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze performance data to support business decisions.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
