Job Description

Work Location: The Nexus Building (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and customer support for e-commerce platforms.
  • Consolidate and maintain product data, reports, and product listings.
  • Generate data reports and support data analysis when required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product consultation via messaging channels.
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews and comments on product pages and online stores.
  • Support livestream setup and related operational activities.
  • Verify customer information for promotional campaigns, contests, and mini-games.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
  • Knowledge of and passion for cosmetics and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills.
