Position: E-commerce Manager
Type of recruitment: New headcount
Open for candidate who have at least 5 years as E-commerce role at Pharma (Food Supplement/consumer healthcare)/FMCG companies with good command of English
Job purpose:
Key Responsibilities
1. eCommerce Execution & Platform Management
Act as single point of contact between STADA and eCommerce enablers/agencies
Coordinate day-to-day execution across Tier-1 platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop)
Monitor store operations, campaigns, promotions, and hero SKU focus
2. Content & Performance Coordination
Work with enablers to:
Optimize PDP content (images, claims, videos)
Deploy short-form video & KOL/KOC content
Track key performance metrics:
GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, traffic
Ensure continuous optimization based on data insights
3. Strategy & Governance Ownership
Own local eCommerce strategy execution, aligned with regional direction
Ensure clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables with enablers
Lead regular performance reviews (weekly / monthly)
Escalate risks and recommend corrective actions
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with:
Marketing (content, brand, media)
Supply Chain (availability, forecasting)
Finance (basic PnL & budget tracking)
Ensure eCommerce plans are aligned with overall business priorities
5. Key Deliverables
Successful launch & scale-up of eCommerce platforms
Improved conversion rate & media efficiency
Clear reporting on eCommerce performance and insights
Gradual internal capability build-up through knowledge transfer from enablers
