Ecommerce Manager (TikTok Shop and Livestream)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting to: Country Head
Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a high-impact E-Commerce Manager to lead TikTok Shop and
Live Commerce operations in Vietnam.
This role is a revenue owner (GMV-driven) responsible for building a scalable TikTok
ecosystem — combining performance marketing, livestream sales, content strategy,
and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. TikTok Shop (Revenue Ownership)
• Own end-to-end TikTok Shop performance (GMV, conversion, traffic)
• Develop pricing, promotion, and campaign strategies aligned with FMCG sales cycles
• Manage product listing, assortment planning, and stock availability
2. Live Commerce (Core Growth Driver)
• Build and manage livestream strategy (daily / campaign-based)
• Lead and coach livestreamers / hosts to maximize conversion
• Optimize script flow, product storytelling, and engagement tactics
• Monitor live KPIs: viewers, CTR, CVR, GMV per session
3. Content & Traffic Strategy
• Collaborate with content team on short videos + TikTok algorithm growth
• Drive organic + paid traffic strategy (TikTok Ads integration)
• Manage affiliate / KOL ecosystem (non-paid + paid collaborations)
Key Requirements
• 5–8 years experience in E-commerce / TikTok Shop / Live Commerce
• Strong experience in FMCG, beauty, or fast-moving consumer products
• Proven track record in:
- Scaling GMV via TikTok Shop
- Managing livestream sales team
• Deep understanding of:
- TikTok algorithm such as conversion funnel (traffic → engagement → purchase)
• Strong commercial mindset (not just operational)
• Experience in Vietnam market is mandatory

• GMV growth (monthly / quarterly)
• Livestream conversion rate
• Traffic ROI (paid + organic)
• Campaign performance (mega campaigns, double-day sales)
• Team productivity & KPI achievement
