* Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Haravan Administrator to join our dynamic Digital Transformation team. As an E-commerce Haravan Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store on the Haravan platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers while maximizing sales and efficiency.
* Performance objectives:
1. Manage API development with 3rd party:
- Develop feature list
- Compile fields to transferred
- Test
- Commission
- Roll out
2. Product Management:
- Establish seamless import/export (or automatic) from ERP Inventory data to the HARAVAN website
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Implement effective product categorization and tagging strategies.
3. Order Processing:
- Research, evaluate (ease of use, cost, lead time to deliver) and propose logistic partner(s) for order fulfillment across all regions of Vietnam
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. – evaluate api with ERP
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and shipping.
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges.
4. Platform Management:
- Maintain and update the Haravan store, including theme customization, layout design, and functionality enhancements.
- Utilize Haravan's tools and apps to optimize store performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Haravan features and best practices.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and discount codes.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and customer engagement.
6. Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and positive brand perception.
* Requirements:
- Open for Fresh Graduates with prior-experience in E-commerce
- English and Vietnamese communication language skills
