Job Description

The E-commerce Fulfillment Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment

operations across the company's e-commerce channels. This role oversees the end-to-end order processing flow, including order monitoring, shipment coordination with logistics partners, inventory tracking, and issue resolution.

I. Some of the key responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

- Monitor and process orders across e-commerce platforms and internal systems to ensure timely

fulfillment.

- Verify order details and coordinate order preparation to ensure accurate packing and shipment.

- Track order status and proactively resolve issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies.

- Take part in customer service and check and reconcile e-commerce orders monthly.

2. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery vendors to ensure smooth shipping operations.

- Monitor shipment progress and update delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.

- Support the preparation and management of shipping documentation and delivery records.

3. Return, Refund & Issue Handling

- Manage return, refund, and cancellation requests in accordance with company policies.

- Investigate and resolve order-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or incorrect

deliveries.

- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

4. Inventory Monitoring

- Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.

- Support periodic stock checks and monitor inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies or fulfillment

issues.

- Assist in stock replenishment planning based on sales trends and operational needs.

5. Data Reporting & Operational Improvement

- Prepare reports on order fulfillment performance, shipment status, and inventory levels.

- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improving fulfillment efficiency.

- Support initiatives to optimize order processing workflows and reduce operational errors.

- Other tasks assigned by the Company.

II. The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or a related field.

- 13 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain support.

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data reporting tools is preferred.

- Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
