JOB DESCRIPTION

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing brand performance across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role ensures smooth daily operations, drives traffic and conversion, executes campaigns, and coordinates closely with internal teams and platform representatives to deliver growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Store Operations & Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, product visibility and store layout across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure product content (images, titles, descriptions) is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain store health metrics (SLA, cancellation rate, rating, chat response rate, penalty risks).

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute monthly campaigns, mega campaigns and platform-led promotions.
  • Coordinate with graphic design and content teams for campaign assets.
  • Work closely with platform KAMs to secure visibility slots, vouchers and traffic support.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track daily traffic, conversion rate, sales performance and competitor movements.
  • Analyze campaign results, identify growth opportunities and propose data-driven action plans.
  • Optimize store visibility and store merchandising.

4. Ads & Traffic Coordination

  • Have basic knowledge of Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Shop Ads (understand how they work, objectives, and key metrics).
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute paid media activities that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor traffic trends and provide insights to the Marketing team for optimization.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic sources, shopper behavior, and campaign performance.

5. Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with operations/warehouse partners to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with CS team to monitor customer reviews, Q&A and chat to ensure excellent brand experience.
  • Support in resolving order issues, returns and customer complaints with platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with platform tools (Seller Center, Business Advisor, Ads Manager, etc.)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of online shopper behavior and platform algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Excel/MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and highly organized.
  • English communication is a plus.
