E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (FMCG) INDUSTRY

- Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 8:00 12:00
- Afternoon: 13:00 17:00
- Saturday: 8:00 13:00
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. E-commerce Operations Management
- Manage online stores on major e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth sales operations, order handling, and post-purchase customer service in accordance with platform and company processes.
- Monitor pricing, stock availability, promotions, and product information across platforms.
- Coordinate to resolve issues related to orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
2. Execute Sales & Promotional Campaigns
- Propose product combos, flash sales, and monthly promotional campaigns.
- Support preparation and execution of platform-driven promotions according to requirements.
- Track, evaluate, and report performance of all implemented programs.
3. On-platform Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to execute on-site marketing activities such as banners, product images, and basic SEO keywords.
- Monitor traffic, click-through rate, and conversion rate to recommend optimization strategies.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Track key metrics including revenue, cost, and daily/weekly/monthly conversion rates.
- Prepare product/category performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Consolidate shopper insights to propose product content or policy enhancements.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams on stock levels, replenishment, and campaign-based inventory planning.
- Support CRM activities to improve shopper experience, resolve complaints, and enhance store ratings.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for payment reconciliation and promotional claim validation.
REQUIREMENTS
- College/University degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG companies.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, social commerce, and online sales operations, with the ability to analyze data to optimize channel performance.
- Experience in livestream commerce is a strong advantage.
- Digitally savvy with a proactive approach toward applying new tools/solutions for online growth.
- Strong commercial mindset, leadership potential, and project management skills.
