We are currently on an ambitious journey to expand our products into new markets like Canada, Europe, Australia, and other e-commerce platforms beyond Amazon. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Bluezon has started to provide end-to-end e-commerce enabler services in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers, or struggling sellers, successfully bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Amazon Advertising & Performance Management (40%)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for each product.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Monitor daily/weekly performance; improve ROAS, CTR, CVR, and TACOS.
- Adjust bids, allocate budgets, harvest search terms, and restructure campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize listings (title, bullet points, images, A+ Content).
- Analyze ad spend efficiency and campaign performance by product group.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.
- Propose keyword strategy, budget allocation, and campaign improvements.
- Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends and algorithm changes.
2. Wayfair Sales & Advertising Management(40%)
- Create and optimize product listings on Wayfair (content, attributes, images).
- Manage inventory updates and ensure stock accuracy.
- Run and optimize Wayfair advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and profitability.
- Analyze sales data and propose actions to improve visibility and revenue.
3. New Product Market Research (20%)
- Conduct market research for new product opportunities (trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, price positioning).
- Evaluate product potential based on demand, competition level, and profit margin.
- Provide product recommendations with supporting data and strategic rationale.
- Work with relevant teams to assess feasibility and launch strategy.
II. Skills & Qualifications
- Education: University Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience is required; candidates with 12 months or more are preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge about the US market will be trained.
- Language:English is mandatory (minimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent).
- Soft Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is an advantage).
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving Skills.
- Should be result-oriented, willing to learn, and a fast learner.
