We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced E-commerce Designer to join our team and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities

1. Creative Concepting & Design Execution

  • Develop key visuals (KVs), layouts, product images, and short-form videos or animated content to support e-commerce campaigns and improve conversion performance.
  • Design a wide range of materials including campaign KVs, product images, social content, digital ads, and online POSM.
  • Create clear, attractive layouts that highlight product benefits, USPs, promotions, and pricing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce and digital channels.

2. Platform Adaptation & Performance-driven Design

  • Adapt and optimize designs to meet guidelines and best practices for e-commerce and social platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Apply an understanding of short-form video trends and visual storytelling to enhance online sales effectiveness.
  • Support fast design iterations and revisions based on performance feedback or platform requirements.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and Commercial teams to understand campaign objectives, concepts, and timelines.
  • Translate design briefs into impactful visual concepts with strong commercial value.
  • Support additional design tasks across the company when required.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/E-commerce Designer (FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or retail is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proven experience in designing KVs, layouts, and product images for e-commerce
  • Experience in basic video editing and motion design for digital or e-commerce platforms
  • Understanding of short-form video trends and visual storytelling for online sales
  • Ability to use video editing or animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
  • Familiarity with TikTok-style video content or social commerce visuals is a plus
