Dyeing Factory Manager

Role Description

Working location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

1. Support overall management and operational optimization of the dyeing factory.
2. Strengthen technical after-sales services and provide technical support to buyers.
3. Participate in and enhance technical meetings with buyers.
4. Oversee woven fabric dyeing technology, laboratory color management, and quality control processes.
5. Ensure efficient factory operations in compliance with required technical and quality standards.

Qualifications

1. Graduated in Textile Engineering or related fields.
2. 15 20 years of experience in textile/dyeing factory management.
3. Strong expertise in woven fabric dyeing technology and laboratory color management.
4. Solid knowledge of fabric quality control and product technical evaluation.
5. Strong leadership and capability to work directly with international buyers.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
