We're looking for a DX / IT professional to support the DX Strategy Department and drive digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and the Japanese headquarters.
** Key Responsibility
- Support the Head of DX Strategy in developing and implementing the company's DX strategy.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, emails, documents and minutes; provide Vietnamese–English–Japanese translation support.
- Collaborate with internal departments and Japan HQ to develop, maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including networks and equipment.
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues independently or with external vendors.
- Plan, launch and manage system development projects supporting business transformation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to departments on system development and digital technologies.
- Support and promote DX initiatives across the organization.
- The scope of responsibilities will expand as the company's DX initiatives develop.
** Requirements :
- University graduate.
- 3+ years of experience in IT / DX.
- Experience in systemization planning, requirements definition and project management for business transformation.
- Practical experience in system development, including design, programming and testing.
- Strong Japanese and English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
** Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience managing projects as a prime vendor or leading upstream project processes.
- Experience managing system projects from planning through completion.
- Experience in internal IT infrastructure management and user support: PC, mobile devices, networks, IDs/accounts, etc.
- Knowledge or experience in data analysis, forecasting, optimization or machine learning.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange or similar platforms.
- AWS / Azure / Cisco / Juniper certifications are a plus.
- Experience in real estate, condominium or housing-related companies is preferred.
