DX Assistant Manager (English and Japanese)

Job description

▪ Support the Head of the DX Strategy Department in developing company's DX strategy policy

▪ Provide business support to the Head of the DX Strategy Department, including schedule coordination, email management, meeting coordination, preparation of meeting minutes, translation among Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, and document preparation and organization

▪ Work in collaboration with each internal department and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters to develop, maintain, and manage company's IT infrastructure, including networks and equipment

▪ Troubleshooting of issues related to company's IT infrastructure, either independently or in cooperation with internal and external vendors

▪ Work in collaboration with each internal department and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters to conduct planning, launch support, execution support, and project management for system development initiatives aimed at business transformation

▪ Provide each department with technical knowledge and support related to system development and the use of digital technologies

▪ The scope of duties and responsibilities is expected to expand over time

▪ Development, maintenance, and management of company's internal IT infrastructure in collaboration with each internal department and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters

▪ Troubleshooting of issues related to company's internal IT infrastructure

▪ Planning, launch support, and execution support for system development utilizing digital technologies

▪ Project management for system development projects

▪ Technical support for each department and support for the promotion of DX initiatives

▪ University graduate

▪ Experience > 5-years experience Background in IT field

【Required Qualifications】

▪ Experience in systemization planning, requirements definition, and project management for business transformation initiatives

▪ Practical experience in system development, including design, programming, testing, and related tasks. The programming language and scale of development projects are not specified.

▪ Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing

【Preferred Qualifications】

▪ Experience in project management as a prime vendor, meaning a vendor responsible for the most upstream project processes

▪ Experience in managing systemization projects from planning through completion

▪ Experience in management, operation, and user support of internal IT infrastructure.

(PC, mobile devices, network equipment, ID, and accounts etc...)

▪ Experience in the use of statistical analysis, time-series forecasting, mathematical optimization, machine learning, and related areas, as well as experience in implementing relevant algorithms

▪ Knowledge of and operational experience with Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange

▪ Vendor certifications such as AWS, Azure, Juniper, Cisco, or equivalent qualifications

▪ Work experience at a condominium, detached housing, or real estate-related company
