Dutch Speaking Talent Support Officer to join our team in the vibrant country of Vietnam! Your Role:
- Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various industries
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit with our clients
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand job specifications and organizational needs
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience
- Utilize a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier talent efficiently
- Contribute to team discussions, offering insights and innovative ideas to enhance talent support strategies
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training opportunities to advance your recruitment expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to manage efficient recruitment tasks
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team
- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package
- Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece
