This role is responsible for building and leading the Partner (Driver) Growth engine for be's ride-hailing verticals (beBike, beCar) — covering strategy, acquisition, onboarding, retention, and team leadership — to ensure a sufficient, right-fit, and cost-efficient partner base that supports service growth and reliability.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Partner Growth Strategy (20%)
- Define partner supply strategy and targets by city, segment (beBike/beCar), and time band based on demand.
- Design and optimize channel mix: field, online, referral, partnerships.
- Align with Operations & Business to ensure supply is planned ahead of demand.
- Build supply forecasting models (acquisition + reactivation – churn).
Acquisition & Onboardinge (30%)
- Own the end-to-end funnel: lead → application → approved → onboarded → first trip.
- Track conversion rates by stage/channel/city; run experiments to improve bottlenecks.
- Design onboarding journey: KYC, documentation, safety & service training, policy compliance.
- Partner with Fraud & Prevention on pre-screening to filter high-risk applicants; manage CAC per channel/segment.
Retention & Partner Development (20%)
- Monitor retention KPIs: churn rate, time-to-productivity, early-stage cancellation.
- Design retention & reactivation programs for early-stage and lapsed partners.
- Work with Business on incentive design (sign-on, milestone, loyalty) to improve tenure.
- Collect partner feedback to continuously improve partner experience.
Operations, Budget & Reporting (20%)
- Own acquisition & retention budget; track CAC, payback, ROI by channel/city.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on active partners, funnel, churn, and risks/opportunities.
- Support SOPs for applicant rejection/blacklist and escalation handling.
- Work with Product & Tech to improve registration/onboarding app flows.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
- Build, lead and coach Acquisition & Retention teams (field, telesales, digital)
- Set KPIs, incentive schemes, and operating rhythm (stand-ups, performance reviews)
- Coach through field visits, call reviews, and data-driven performance reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Business, Marketing, CS/Fraud, and Product & Tech.
Example Challenges You'll Tackle
- Scaling beCar partner supply fast enough to meet surging 4-wheel demand while keeping CAC and quality in check.
- educing early-stage churn among newly onboarded partners in the first 2–4 weeks
- How do we balance acquisition speed with long-term retention
- Detecting and preventing fraud (multi-accounting, document fraud, referral abuse) without slowing down the onboarding funnel
- What metrics best reflect the health of the partner portfolio over time, and how do we improve them
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years in high-volume acquisition/field sales/fleet management; 2–3 years in team lead role..
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with funnels, dashboards, budget & ROI analysis
- Experience in ride-hailing or multi-sided platforms is a strong plus; good English is an advantage.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and capacity to multitask across categories.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels or campaign metrics is a plus.
