Drilling Superintendent (SIMOPS)

• Location: Southern VietNam (Office-based)
• Sector: Oil & Gas – Offshore Field Development
• Commence Date: March 2026
• Project Duration: 225 Days

We are looking for a seasoned Drilling Superintendent to join a major offshore field development project in Vietnam. This is an onshore, office-based leadership position responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, and technical integrity of complex drilling operations.

• Minimum 10 years experience for Drilling superintendent in an independent or major oil company.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in SIMOPS management on offshore drilling platforms.
• International experience.

+ Have experience in drilling at least 30 offshore wells with depths of more than 3500m.

+ It is mandatory to be a Full Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE)
