Job Summary:
The EB-5 Document Processing Specialist is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and managing all documentation related to EB-5 immigrant investor petitions.Moreover, it will the link between the immigration attorney and the client during all the EB-5 process from intitial application to final approval. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS regulations throughout the application process. The ideal candidate has experience in immigration law, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Additionaly with the document processing responsabilities this role will provide support with the administrative needs from the office. Fluency in spoken and writen English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and organize EB-5 application packages including Form I-526E, I-829, and I-485.
- Live translation English Vietnamese at the Company events.
- Support the office in all administrative task.
- Maintain and update investor files ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with internal departments, immigration attorneys, and investors to gather required documents.
- Track USCIS submissions and deadlines, and ensure timely filing of all petitions.
- Review source of funds documents for consistency and compliance.
- Maintain communication with investors to clarify document requirements and support needs throughout the EB-5 process.
- Ensure all documentation complies with USCIS, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive investor and project information.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in immigration, legal documentation, or EB-5 processing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Good organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English to communicate with the immigration attorney

- Experience working with high-net-worth international clients.
- Prior work experience in an immigration law firm, US Developer
