Document Processing Specialist

We are looking for a Document Processing Specialist based in our Vietnam Office in Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities

·        Working with factories to ensure shipping documents provided timely, correctly.

·        Process document on ERP system and customer portal.

·        Manage related shipping documents and provide to the U.S. brokers upon request.

·        Execute Receiving Process upon goods arrived warehouse.

·        Ensure new released orders and shipped/received orders are updated timely in the Flow Plan.

·        Other tasks assigned by Manager or US Headquarters.

Qualifications

·        At least 2 years of work experience in similar roles.

·        Pay attention to detail, good excel skills.

·        Advanced English reading/writing skills.

·        High responsibility, can-do attitude, and good work ethic.
