We are looking for a medically strong and commercially driven District Sales Manager to lead and develop sales activities in Ho Chi Minh City within the women's healthcare segment.
The role will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing field force team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Medical/Pharmaceutical Representatives to achieve sales targets
Drive territory strategy and execution across hospitals, clinics, and key healthcare accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and relevant healthcare professionals
Deliver scientific and product-related discussions with healthcare stakeholders in a compliant manner
Identify market opportunities and develop action plans to expand market presence
Monitor team performance, provide field coaching, and ensure high-quality execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, and Training
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to management
Pharmacist/ MD
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience in women's health, fertility, OB-GYN, or specialty care is highly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
Good scientific knowledge with strong commercial mindset
Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and KOLs
Ability to work independently with strong execution capability
Good English communication skills
