What You'll Do
Customer:
- Review customer emails and check for special instructions related to daily orders.
- Verify, update, and process orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and send shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
- Receive and update shipping instructions or special requests for outbound shipments.
- Communicate with customers: acknowledge and respond to inquiries, provide updates, handle issues, and consult on warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with customers and warehouse operators to address abnormalities or urgent matters.
Report:
- Generate and maintain daily reports: Scorecard, inbound/outbound tracking, goods receiving and packing statistics, and automated WMS reports.
- Submit daily reports to customers.
- Conduct weekly reviews covering performance, abnormalities, resolutions, achievements, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
Others:
- Manage shipment information: ASN tracking, inbound receiving, and shipment closing in WMS.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Your Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
- College or above degree in Logistics, Operation Management, Supply Chain management.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Diligent, detail oriented
