Distribution Report Senior Executive

Key Accountability

- Preparing periodic sales report for agency channel;

- Preparing contests update for agency channel;

- Assist Team Head in preparing sales reports for partnership channels;

- Be in charge all tasks of Distribution Contest report;

- Allocate target depending on Performance LY and Sales Plan;

- Handle the system and data warehouse for report team;

- Study well new technology to support reporting tasks;

- Support data management & report tasks.

Job Requirements

- University degree, preferably in information technology/Mathematics/Statistics

- At least 4 year experience in report/ Sales Force Structure, Contest scheme & business insight /Insurance

- Responsibility & teamwork

Knowledge 

- Well at Microsoft access, excel, Power BI, SQL

Skills

- Good business acumen

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical, data

- A team player that nurtures a teamwork environment

- Ability to produce results under time restraints.
