Drive marketing activities from campaigns ideation to execution. Work constantly on Alma website and OTA and ensure all efforts are deployed with the proper timing and follow up to deliver on time campaigns, to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Develop and execute comprehensive OTA marketing campaigns maximize revenue and ADR, under the guidance vision of the management.
Collaborate with the Sales, F&B and other operating departments to contribute to the pricing strategies.
Track and establish pick-up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate the forecasting process.
Ensures that training objectives and activities are aligned with operational objectives.
We are looking for someone who:
Brings a minimum of 3 years experience in similar international luxury hotels or comparable hospitality establishments.
Strong commercial acumen (understanding revenue, cost of sale, and profitability)
Revenue or e-commerce certifications are a plus
Familiarity with brand standards for rate integrity and online content
Experience with centralized distribution systems
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
