Director Supply Chain Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting for domestic and export markets, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with Sales.
• Develop supply, production, material, and inventory plans to achieve optimal service levels.
• Manage inventory policies, stock levels, and working capital while optimizing inventory turnover.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvement and transformation projects across planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and operations.
• Monitor supply chain performance, analyze costs, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) planning from Pilot to Mass Production, working closely with R&D, QA, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, COGS analysis, and supply chain financial performance.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
