Director - Sales & Marketing

Swiss-Belvillas Solavita Bình Tiên is seeking a result-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all commercial activities and ensure a successful market launch of the integrated resort products, including luxury villas, golf tourism, F&B and MICE. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City with regular travel to Bình Tiên - Khánh Hoà.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pre-opening sales & marketing strategy, including pricing, segmentation and distribution
• Build and manage key partnerships (corporate, leisure, OTA, golf/MICE, domestic & international)
• Lead team recruitment, coaching and performance management to achieve revenue targets
• Drive brand visibility and demand through strategic digital marketing, PR and sales activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality commercial roles with 3 years at DOSM/senior management; pre-opening required
• Demonstrated track record selling integrated resort offerings
• Strong English, leadership, negotiation and digital commercial skills
