Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Technology for a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will oversee the technology strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring projects align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, leading technical teams, developing and implementing IT strategies, and managing complex technology programs and projects. This role requires collaboration across the organization to innovate and optimize technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Information Technology, IT Strategy, and Program Management
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and effectively manage projects
• Experience in developing and overseeing comprehensive technology strategies and solutions
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a track record in team management
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making related to complex technical challenges
• Proven track record in working with cloud-based platforms, AI technologies, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
