Job Description

Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition (Contract-to-Perm)

Location: Hybrid (In-Office + Remote)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Permanent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruiting function. This role will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from workforce planning through onboarding—and will be instrumental in building a scalable hiring strategy. The ideal candidate brings experience in the banking or financial services industry, along with bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all business units
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Build, lead, and develop the recruiting team
  • Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations (especially within financial services)
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners as needed
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring performance

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
  • Proven success in building and scaling recruiting processes and teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese (required)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with consistent in-office presence

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for regulated environments and compliance-heavy roles
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
