Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition (Contract-to-Perm)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruiting function. This role will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from workforce planning through onboarding—and will be instrumental in building a scalable hiring strategy. The ideal candidate brings experience in the banking or financial services industry, along with bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all business units
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Build, lead, and develop the recruiting team
- Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations (especially within financial services)
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners as needed
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring performance
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
- Prior experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
- Proven success in building and scaling recruiting processes and teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese (required)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with consistent in-office presence
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for regulated environments and compliance-heavy roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
