Director of Sales FLC Hotels & Resorts (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City)

The Director of Sales at FLC Hotels & Resorts will lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall profitability across our hotel portfolio. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this role focuses on expanding our market presence, working closely with the marketing and revenue teams, and nurturing strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.

As a key leader, the Director of Sales will position FLC properties as premier destinations, delivering on ambitious sales goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across FLC properties.
  • Lead the sales team to exceed performance targets and drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Implement eCommerce strategies to increase direct bookings and online visibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and improve performance.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Oversee sales operations to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury or upscale hotel environments.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align sales with marketing and operations.
  • Build and maintain high-level client and partner relationships to drive business growth.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the brand professionally in domestic and international business settings.
