Lead the partnership gotomarket (GTM) strategy to grow newtobank customers through B2B2C partners such as universities, MMLC ecosystems, corporates, and FinTech platforms
Design partner models, including system integration, digital onboarding flows, customer journeys, and operational coordination across ACB One and related channels
Drive pilot programs with key partners: student onboarding programs, SME crosssell via MMLC, and FinTech system integrations
Set and monitor performance metrics (onboarding volume, transaction value, 90 days retention, acquisition cost) and manage continuous improvement
Work closely with Legal, Risk, Digital, and external partners to ensure compliance and commercial effectiveness
Own end to end project management for the initiative: Planning, execution tracking, issue resolution, and reporting to the Transformation Director
REQUIREMENTS
12+ years of experience in banking, fintech or partnership development, with strong exposure to B2B2C models, ecosystem partnerships, distribution expansion, SME/Payroll partnerships, or FinTech collaboration
Proven experience delivering partner led GTM models: from negotiation, contracting, system integration, to field execution and performance tracking
Hands on experience in NTB growth via enterprise partnerships, universities, industry organizations, or linked account models (collection/payout/autodebit)
Strong skills in market analysis, partner selection, negotiation, and managing end to end partnership operations
Ability to work across ecosystems (legal, tech, risk, operations) and navigate multi stakeholder environments
Ability to build business cases and P&L models for partnership based GTM programs
