About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the company's core business functions and ensure operational excellence across multiple departments. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Director will directly manage the following departments:
- Business Planning Oversee production planning, workflow optimization, and ensure business targets are met.
- Equipment & Electrical Manage maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of factory equipment and electrical systems.
- Engineering & Sample Sewing Lead technical development, product engineering, and sample sewing operations to meet client requirements.
- Quality Management Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with international standards.
- Systems Supervise IT systems, process automation, and digital tools supporting operations.
- Administration & Human Resources Oversee HR strategy, talent management, and administrative functions.
Additional Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Foster collaboration between teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Report directly to the General Director on business performance and operational challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience in operations management within manufacturing or garment/textile industries.
- Strong track record in managing large teams and multiple departments.
- Solid knowledge of production, engineering, quality, and HR processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong organizational and decision-making ability.
