Director of Higher Education Partnerships Development

About the role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Higher Education Partnerships Development to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. This role operates the strategy, governance, and external relations, providing coordination, and execution support for our Universities. The position requires exceptional academic credentials, strong multilingual communication skills, and proven experience working directly with senior leadership in complex, international environments.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree is required.
• Excellent command of English, with strong capabilities in executive communication, negotiation, and professional writing.
• Conversational fluency in Chinese is preferable; ability to read and write professional or technical documents is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in educational government relations, international relations, and roles working directly with senior executives or boards.
