Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Master's degree or higher from a reputable international university in a developed country. Preference for degrees related to education from the UK, Australia, or the USA.
- Experience in designing and delivering international English training programs for students.
- Understanding and ability to integrate English teaching with skills such as presentation, teamwork, debate, analytical thinking, creativity, research ability, and leadership (collectively referred to as global citizen skills).
Job Description:
- Develop the Global Citizen Skills Training Program:
- Research and build English training programs based on internationally recognized curricula, aiming for international certifications (e.g., IELTS).
- Research and integrate soft skills training into exercises and projects during advanced English training.
- Soft skills to be included: presentation, teamwork, debate, analytical and critical thinking, creativity, research skills, learning skills for international programs, and leadership (collectively referred to as global citizen skills).
- Program Implementation:
- Directly organize and deliver teaching and training programs.
- Coordinate recruitment and introduction of suitable teachers according to training requirements.
- Manage the center's operations: student services, teacher management, feedback collection, and activities organization.
- Ensure professionalism, principles, and discipline in a 100% English-speaking learning environment.
- Evaluate results and continuously improve the program.
- Ensure training quality according to program outcome standards.
- Report progress and outcomes.
Work Organization:
- The Global Citizen Program will involve lecturers and training staff depending on operational phases.
- Directly report to the Program Director at Swinburne Hanoi Campus.
Income:
- Monthly salary and year-end bonus as agreed.
- Additional income possible if participating in teaching activities or leading student training projects.
- Performance-based bonus.
