Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Planning (20%)
- Lead the development of annual and three-year business plans at both group and business unit level.
- Drive long-range strategic goal setting, scenario planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define financial and operational KPIs to measure organizational performance.
- Provide senior management and the Board with timely insights and recommendations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting (25%)
- Deliver monthly management reports on financial and operational performance.
- Oversee feasibility studies and integrated business case assessments.
- Review budgets, margins, variances, and costs; highlight key trends and required actions.
- Support senior leadership in Board presentations and decision-making processes.
Financial & Operational Management (25%)
- Establish planning processes and evaluation criteria to strengthen financial discipline.
- Conduct business modeling to assess risks and support investment decisions.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve consistency and governance.
- Actively identify and manage risks within the planning function.
Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, external partners, and financial institutions.
- Support stakeholder communications with planning insights and presentations.
Team Leadership (15%)
- Develop and lead a high-performing planning team.
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and foster talent development.
- Promote employee engagement and a collaborative working culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years experience in financial planning/strategy, with at least 57 years in a similar senior role within real estate or large-scale investment projects.
- Strong command of English.
