Job Description

The Reality

150+ voice agents live. 1,000 concurrent calls. 45M user ecosystem. Vietnam's largest digital bank running AI-first operations, targeting 70% AI workforce by 2027. You'll own the agentic product stack from pre-sales to productionnot build demos, ship revenue-generating systems customers pay for.

What You'll Do

  • Listen: Extract requirements from 20+ business units + external banking clients across full customer journeyonboarding, lending, collections, support, fraud, retention.
  • Translate: Convert the bot sounds robotic into engineering specs. Shape product features across voice agents, LLM orchestration, ASR/TTS, vision models, RAG, function-calling.
  • Ship: Own product quality for agentic systems at scale. Support BD in pre-sales demos and customization. Commit deliverables with engineering, data science, BD teams.
  • Bridge business needs and technical execution. No PM layersyou talk directly to customers and engineers.

Must-Haves

  • Product sense for AI agents: You assess what makes voice interactions good vs great. You've debugged why users hate your AI at 2am.
  • Customer-facing: You demo, customize, close. Pre-sales is 30% of your week.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Led without authority. Influenced BD, engineering, ops through clarity, not hierarchy.
  • Shipped production AI: Built features customers paid incremental money for. Understand P&L impactcost savings + revenue, not vanity metrics.
