Job Description

Lead the modernization of the Loan Origination System (LOS) to enhance credit approval efficiencyfrom proposal to approvalusing a modular approach tailored to customer segments. Collaborate closely with Risk Management, IT, Data, and Product teams to ensure every credit approval is fast, secure, trackable, and optimized.

Job Details:

1. Design LOS Based on Credit Flow by Segment

Structure LOS segmentation for Retail, SME, and MMLC; build dashboards for Turnaround Time (TAT), rejection/approval rates according to SLA.

Simplify appraisal structure and approval matrix based on risk and approval authority.

2. Modularize Steps by Vertical

Create LOS modules aligned with industry-specific journeysRetail, SME, MMLCwith pre-optimized processes.

3. Optimize Integration with Other Systems

Integrate CRM, Credit Scoring, Legal, KYC, and ACB One to enable automated or semi-automated processes (auto-decision + assisted).

4. Project Management & Cross-Department Coordination

Develop a master plan and manage tasks related to project scope.

Work closely with relevant units for design and implementation.

Act as the focal point for reporting progress, issues, and adjustment proposals to the Transformation Director.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience & Professional Knowledge

Minimum 10 years of experience in LOS implementation, risk management, and credit approval.

Deep understanding of credit journeyapproval structure, scoring, and TAT.

Preferred experience with modern LOS systems such as Finastra Fusion, Newgen, Appway, or custom in-house solutions.

2. Core Skills

Design automated and modular credit processes.

Collaborate with technical and risk teams for data integration.

Analyze SLA data, loan profiles, and risk by segment.

Manage projects involving multiple approval steps and interconnected systems.
