Role Overview
This role is accountable for driving the development and ongoing support of Prudential Vietnam Assurance (PVA), our Life partner. The individual will deliver Eastspring's wealth and investment propositions and solutions to the Life business, enabling sustainable and profitable growth of assets under management (AUM).
Key Accountabilities
Life Partnership
- Support ILP Strategy: Coordinate and manage the development and support of Life channels across markets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and plans.
- Strengthen Relationship Management: Lead and coordinate engagement with PVA, working collaboratively with internal departments to foster strong partnerships.
- Partner on ILP Product Development: Collaborate closely with Prudential Vietnam to design and deliver ILP fund solutions that address evolving market needs, such as retirement-focused products.
- Deliver Wealth Proposition: Oversee the marketing and implementation of the Wealth proposition for Life, including training programs, sales enablement, and marketing collateral.
- Enhance and Optimize Product Offering: Work with Eastspring's product and investment teams to provide differentiated propositions and solutions to PVA, while driving regional coordination and optimization in areas such as product development, marketing, and training support.
- Wealth and ILP Development:
- Investment Solutions: Coordinate and collaborate with PVA to design, develop, and review investment solutions. Where feasible, leverage and extend these solutions across multiple markets. Take ownership of targets related to wealth and ILP business growth.
- Communication: Manage and align regional resources with local business units to meet servicing and communication needs for PVA. This includes delivering investment insights and strategies from the investment teams.
- Governance: Participate in and monitor performance and governance forums, providing guidance and recommendations as needed to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Execution and Client Servicing: Beyond relationship management, ensure flawless execution in delivering investment solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of investment solutions.
- Governance reporting and query handling for Life and affiliate channels.
- Implementation of Eastspring's wealth proposition.
- Responding to PVA queries on performance, guidelines, and other business-related matters.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide support for various ad-hoc initiatives as required to assist the CEO
