The Role

A new, AI-native university launching in Hanoi is preparing to open its doors — postgraduate in 2028, undergraduate in 2029. We need a Director to build the English-language and academic pathways that get school leavers, career changers, and working professionals degree-ready, powered by AI-driven learning support.

What You'll Do

Lead the pathway strategy for both the 2028 PG and 2029 UG launches

Design bridging curricula for two distinct learner groups, integrated with AI learning tools

Drive student success — advising, early-alert systems, smooth transition into degree study

Build partnerships with schools, test providers, and faculties

Who We Need

Experience leading foundation/pathway/bridging programs, ideally with a TESOL/English-teaching background

A track record managing teams and operations, not just teaching

Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage institution
