The Director Distributor Development Management is responsible for development and management of distributor network to ensures strong distributor capability, market coverage, operational efficiency, and longterm strategic alignment to support sustainable growth.

- Configuring distributor remuneration - Develop distributor remuneration plan
- Distributor contract management - Develop distributor contract.
- Distributor key performance objectives setting - Develop distributor objectives
- Distributor business planning - Develop distributor business plan
- Distributor termination and transition - Terminate distributor agreements
- Distributor business review - Prepare and conduct business review meetings with distributors

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (MBA is preferred)
Requirements
- 5 years experiences in FMCG (preferred 3 years experiences in beer/beverage, priority distributor management experiences)
- Fluent in English; strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus).
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
