Job Purpose
Organizing and administering the appraisal; Participating in developing credit policies/processes/guidelines, products and credit solutions for customers in the corporate segment to provide credit solutions in a safe and professional manner, ensuring that the appraisal is carried out quickly and smoothly in accordance with risk appetite, credit orientation and business orientation.
- Key Accountabilities
Organize and manage all activities of the Appraisal Department
- Making and implementing the department's operation plan according to the operation orientation of the Division/Block.
- Organizing and implementing appraisal work to ensure that the Department's activities comply with internal regulations.
- Organizing and arranging the work of the appraisal personnel to meet the job requirements, quality commitment in order to improve the customer experience and achieve the highest efficiency.
- Controlling credit appraisal documents according to decentralization
- Recording, supporting and guiding to solve problems and difficulties in the performance of appraisal, support customer service throughout the credit granting journey
Project Management
- Participating in and coordinating with other relevant units in the bank to develop policies, credit products/solutions, and risk management policies within the scope of assigned management:
- Organizing/participating in, coordinating in designing knowledgeable reports, assessing risk components, guiding appraisal and credit solutions to build outstanding credit solutions for customers in the WB/MM/USME segment.
- Participating in/coordinating with relevant units to develop/propose improvements and adjustments to relevant policies, regulations, processes and guidelines in the credit granting journey
People Management
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function/ sub- function
- Establish and manage sub- function/ function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle)
- Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level
2.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking and Finance/Foreign Trade/Economics or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in banking and finance and at least 7 years of management experience.
- Extensive experience and excellent knowledge of the credit field, credit solutions for large corporate clients and credit risk management; advanced knowledge of the design, development of policies, procedures and credit products.
- Experience in consolidated financial reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting, capable of delivering strategic insights for complex organizations and group structures.
- Strong expertise in designing and managing tailored credit financing structures, with the ability to support clients strategic funding needs
- English proficiency according to the periodic Bank's requirements.
