Job Description

We are recruiting for exciting new roles, Director-Commercial Solutions and Money Movement, based in Vietnam. The incumbent will be responsible for building banking, payment and collection solutions and for implementing stable coin to fiat flows. You will also be responsible for sourcing all business development including sourcing local businesses with a need for international banking and for overseas merchants looking for local collections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to learn and contribute and advance their career in product development and sales. The compensation structure includes a substantial variable component to reward performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop commercial solutions in emerging market to enable local currency payments and collections

·      Design solutions which enable Stable Coin to Fiat flows

·      Source Local businesses with a need for International Payables and Receivables

·      Source Overseas Merchants looking for local collections in emerging markets

·      Tie-ups with local payment companies to move Fiat/Stable Coin flows

Requirements

·      MBA from a premier institute

·      8-10 Years of experience in Commercial Banking or a Payments Company or a DPT/Crypto Stable Coin company

·      Understanding of the Crypto Currency and Blockchain markets

·      Strong negotiation and closing abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets

·      Characteristics: persistent, reliable, coachable, and possessing high integrity

·      Ability to thrive under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
