SCOPE
The Associate Director of Brand Marketing supports the strategic development and implementation of brand initiatives to strengthen Hoiana Resort & Golf's positioning and visibility across all markets.
This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on execution, leading campaigns, partnerships, and creative storytelling efforts that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate is a creative yet data-driven marketer with strong leadership skills, excellent project management ability, and a passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and integrated destination branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Development
- Support the Director of Brand Marketing/VP of Destination Marketing in developing and refining the brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all business units.
- Manage brand architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity to maintain consistency across all marketing communications.
- Conduct market analysis and consumer insight studies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand growth.
Campaign Management
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, and on-property) to build brand equity and drive conversions.
- Work closely with creative and digital, social teams to ensure high-quality storytelling and alignment with brand positioning.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for brand campaigns and brand partnerships.
Brand Communications & Creative
- Oversee the development of marketing assets, including photo and video shoots, brand collaterals, and digital content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and creative expression across all touchpoints and markets.
- Collaborate with agencies, production houses, and Creative team to deliver impactful creative work.
Brand Partnerships & Media Collaboration
- Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations that enhance brand reach.
- Work closely with PR agencies and media teams to amplify brand presence in key channels.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor brand comms team to ensure efficient workflow and development.
- Collaborate closely with digital, e-commerce, sales, social, P&A, and BUs to align campaigns with business goals.
- Serve as a key liaison between corporate brand and other BUs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 710 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in brand management or leadership.
- Proven experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, content strategy, and digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
