Job Description
1. Admission & Marketing
- Lead digital and offline initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns across media channels.
- Manage recruitment staff and conduct personnel training.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales performance.
- Manage relationships with current and potential customers to drive recruitment.
2. Business Development
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop business strategies, including goals, action plans, and budgets.
- Establish and manage partnerships with admission agencies to increase student intake.
- Monitor agency contributions and strengthen collaboration with external partners.
- Coordinate the implementation of business strategies to expand market presence.
3. Student Service Initiatives
- Develop programs to increase student participation and involvement.
- Implement initiatives for academic and personal student support.
- Coordinate with student groups to identify needs and create targeted service programs.
- Assess program impact and adjust initiatives based on student feedback.
- Oversee activities that enhance the student experience and retention.
6. Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in BA/Marketing/Education or related field
- Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (10+ years).
- Possess strong collaborative skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders in adapting and enhancing educational products for the market
- Have 5 year experience in Admission Director or similar position
- Candidate with solid experience in Education is preferred (ideally in Higher Education sector)
- Leadership skill, ability to build up your team from zero
- Passion for education and consumer brands.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English
