What You'll Do
- Develop and manage direct sales accounts in Vietnam, focusing on key customers and project developers.
- Execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and project follow-up.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights.
- Lead or support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Technical Support, Project Management, and After-Sales to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Sungrow at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and expand market influence.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry.
- Solid understanding of the Vietnam energy market; existing connections with EPCs, developers, or end-users are a plus.
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utility-scale or C&I solar project sales, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam's renewable energy policies and industry trends.
- Proven success in developing key accounts or entering new market segments.
