What Youll Do

Deliver & Maintain

• Manage multiple projects and technical requests with quality and timeliness.
• Code, build, test, integrate, and deploy across front-end, back-end, APIs, and server environments.
• Maintain and enhance websites, platforms, and digital products.
• Conduct UAT testing and troubleshoot post-launch issues.

Innovate & Create

• Apply vibe coding - coding with style, personality, and user experience in mind.
• Use AI tools, Python scripts, and automation to build features and optimize workflows.
• Prototype and test emerging tech ideas to unlock new business opportunities.

Collaborate & Consult

• Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and effective technical solutions.
• Translate creative/business concepts into technical briefs, user flows, and sitemaps.
• Identify risks early and propose smart, actionable solutions.

Great Candidates Often Have

• At least 3 years of development experience (web programming, front-end & back-end, or comparable digital production work).
• Coding expertise in a mainstream language (PHP, Python, etc.) with willingness to learn modern frameworks.
• Interest or basic experience in AI-powered development - e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face - to integrate smart features into digital products.
• Experience with automation and workflow tools (n8n, etc.).
• Basic familiarity with source code deployment, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Comfortable using AI-assisted code editors (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).
• Knowledge of tools for creating digital production briefs, user flows, sitemaps, and project/product specifications.
• Ability to manage workload independently with strong prioritization and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate project and team risks to senior members.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
• Strong Collaboration, Flexibility, and Problem-Solving Mindset with a CAN-DO Attitude.
• Good written and verbal skills in both Vietnamese and English (Intermediate English).
