Job Purpose:
Develop MES System with smart factory structure requirement (ERP-MES-SCADA-PLC/Sensor/Machine) and drive MES system implementation in the shopfloor to achieve business needs in terms of QCDS improvement and smart factory infrastructure build-up in Thermal Division Plants.
Key Responsibilities :
- MES implementation project management MES master plan and detailed plan including planning, execution and validation
- Coordinating MES Functionaly design with customer, manufacturing and IT department, MES supplier to achieve business needs
- Ensure Alignment of solution to specific business needs from each department and customer
- MES Fuanctionality execution and detailed metrics and report format design
- MES SCADA level build-up with supplier supporting
- Maintain and optimized MES functionality to ensure right level of performance of the MES solutions with business needs
- MES functionality training for all level people application
- Troubleshooting while MES system go alive
- Further development with internal team for MES evolution in terms of data visualization and data analytics through Power BI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above ,major in Computer science and technology, Industrial Engineering etc.
- +5 years experience with MES development and implementation .
Skills
- Familiar with the functions and configuration of mainstream MES systems (such as Siemens, SAP ME, Oracle MES, etc.), SQL database, API integration, and data analysis capabilities
- Can use C++, C#, Python, Java, Power BI, Fine BI Languages to program software
- Success in PLC, Sensors and SCADA level application
- Good Project management, communication and presentation skill, PMP certification prefer.
- Familiar with technology Traceability, 2D/QR Barcode, Real time tracking, Electric pull signal, Remote Data Visualization, Andon System, SAP, ESOP, etc
- Familiar with Manufacturing KPI OEE, FPY,UPPH, Inventory DOS
- Familar with digital transformation technologies and trends in the manufacturing industry
- Fluency in English, Understanding Manfacuturing and lean methodology is a plus
